Before paying your bill, please make sure you are paying the correct provider. To prevent this error, check your statement and pay the provider listed. Depending on your visit, you may not be paying your primary care physician.
As in the example below, the provider you will pay is shown in both the top left and bottom right corners of your bill. Please pay the provider listed in these areas.
