If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and have the hospital notify our office or the physician on call.

After Hours

We are available to you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. BEFORE you decide to go to an Urgent Care facility or to the hospital, please call us. The on-call doctor will help you decide what action is most appropriate for you. Call your PCP's phone number listed above and select Option 2. The call will be forwarded to our answering service. The service will then contact the on-call doctor who will return your call. Be sure to be available for the doctor's callback. All five physicians share call coverage, so you may speak to a physician other than your PCP. All our physicians have access to your electronic record.

For non-urgent issues after hours, you can:

• Use MyChart to send a message that will be reviewed the next business day.

• Call the office and hold until the outgoing message is complete. You can then leave a voicemail.

• Call the office the following day during office hours.
